EFFING laptop power chord broke again!!!!!!! Mother EFFERS!!!!!!!! I'm not even going to go into the tirade and countless hours that I spent on the phone with Dell trying to get them to do the right thing, AGAIN!!!!!!!!! DON'T EVER BUY A DELL COMPUTER!!!
Whew. I'm having chest pains all over again. I am WAY too high strung for 7:49 in the morning. Ah. I know what the prollum is. No coffee. There you go. Should I drive to Starbucks and treat myself while everyone is sleeping or should I get off my lazy arse and make a pot? If I make it, my husband will have some when he finally arises.
I should take their pictures right now. Ethan (our little one) occasionally makes his way into our bed (which he did last night). Now the two of them are snoozing in the same positions...all cute and quiet.
I'm going to make the coffee and continue working on my Pride and Prejudice Unit for next year. What made me decide to teach British Literature? BTW, I'm teaching summer school Freshman English. If you think some of those one-liners from my regular school year Freshman essays were bad...DA HA! I keep telling myself, and the summer-schoolers for that matter, that this is NOT the Talented and Gifted summer program. Four more weeks...two big paychecks...it's all a matter of perspective.
Anybody ever read "Antigone"? I bought a very inneressin film version of it. Whew. It was really very creative, but I don't know that my Freshman would be into it. I'ma try it out anyway. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Definitely not for the summer schoolers.
