I like avocado. It's creamy, yummy and the colour is so gorgeous. I also like guacamole and when i bought 3 avocados from the farmers'market last week, i knew exactly what i wanna do with them. Found the recipe
here which i modified slightly.
You need 2 ripe avocados, 1/2 cup of red onion (minced), 2 tbs cilantro leaves (finely chopped), 1 tbs fresh lime juice, 1/2 tsp course salt, dash of black pepper.
Mix all the ingredient and mash till you're happy with the texture and taste. That's it :)

I never quite expect myself to be so domesticated and to love it. Yes, I no longer contribute in a big way to the society and economy. I didn't like the sound of housewife and that I'm not earning my keep. It used to bug me somewhat. BUT I chose this option and gave up my career (to some extent). I couldn't pass up this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity which has always been a dream.
Now i learn that I'm contributing to one important person in a significant way....ME. I'm happier, less stress up and uptight and a better person to be around with. I appreciate the small things in life and I make sure that I smell the roses everyday. Heck, i even like ironing now which is something I detested!
I am just so so grateful for this sabbatical. Thank you God! I also have to thank my dear husband for proving himself to be competent and suitable for this appointment and thus giving us this wonderful life.
