It's amazing how Shin Dong is so flexible despite his weight. Even I can't do half of the moves he pulls.
yay the story is interesting but do they really need the 3 girls singing out of blue in some parts of the story? i found that disturbing in some ways lol

yep, but lately he lost so much weight. And he looks like such a dork with his bowl haircut. I was watching him on MNet trying to learn DBSK's Mirotic dance moves. It's awesome how fast he actually got them.
