i feel so poor =<
i've been buying less, but for some reason i have less money? D:
i just had to buy clothes ~_~ dam u, real life!

these 2 come from my last purchase from cdjapan after discovering honto.jp and verifying their shipping costs, which is lot cheaper! i'm no longer going over to cdjapan >_> the difference is so big i feel a bit scammed -.-

Shounen Oujo! Vol 1 and Vol 2! *-*

a big thanks to Sylphalchemist! [ http://sylphalchemist.wordpress.com/ ] for letting me know about this wonderful manga *-*
what was it that i was doing when i bumped into her blog... ...it was something... but i don't remember... mmm 3_3
anyways, lurking around, i found her reviews on Shounen Oujo.
Interesting plot + pretty art + cool review = no. it does not equal buy!
Equals = let's go look if it has a scanlation! woot~

*warning: rant ahead*
hahaha. i know we need to support authors and stuff, and i'm not a hypocrite (at least not in this area lol) that i'm not going to admit that i like/want scanlations for free e_eU who doesn't anyways >_>
it aint raining money. who the fk has money to buy every single manga they like, even more, who would buy manga just by a review and not in a language they understand?! actually, i have come across this girl who said she bought manga (in english) based on the intro summary, cos if she read the scanlation, she wasnt going to buy it cos she wasnt going to re-read the book. so i'm like... after you read the manga you bought what are you going to do with it then?????? bleh, it her money w/e ...
/*kinda end of rant.*

anyways... for me, i must read the scanlation to buy a manga. i have to know if i'll like it or not. if the manga has been completed, i'll want to read the ending. cos sometimes the manga starts really good, but end real krap usagi drop, thank god i didn't buy it. and because i really like it, i buy the books :3 the licensed ones.
in the case of manga in japanese... then i must LOVE the series. enjoy it to a point where i actually feel that i want to support this mangaka's work, and show it by paying for said work, because it is indeed worth it, and that i wont ever regret doing so. i have a requirement tho, and that is that it has to have furigana =w= because even tho i don't speak japanese, i do get at least 20%?? thats a lot already xd since i'm still in the beginners stage i need furigana in order to look for the meaning of the words faster, or at least practice my reading o.-

So i read the scanlation and fell in love with this manga :3
many thanks to Hachimitsu Scans for adding this manga to their project list! [ http://hachimitsu-scans.blogspot.com.es/ ]
Vol 1 and 2 have been scanlated (only those two are out in japan), so go read them~

Shounen Oujo
Authors: Musashino Zenko, Yukihiro Utako
Artist: Yukihiro Utako
Description (not by me): In a country where women rule supreme lives a poor but happy boy named Albert. An excursion to the city turns dangerous when he and his friend are abducted by slave traders, and later purchased by a noblewoman's servant. If this wasn't crazy enough, it turns out Albert looks exactly like the noblewoman who purchased him. But she's no ordinary aristocrat. She's a princess! And he's to act as her double from today on!?

color pages from both vols :3
i cant wait for shounen oujo to have its own artbook *-*
i hope that is not too much to ask Q.Q
