It's strange >_< Some people can get a bit funny about things and not want people to know things were resolved though. I'm glad you worked it out though :)

Yes, but I understand the customer getting worried if she wasnt getting news from me, I already apologised about that.
I've updated on BDD explaining the whole thing from my side, I hope they approve my post soon and the whole thing is clear in the end.
