So Recently in My Life...
I listened to the Miranda Hart's Joke Shop audio book far too many times... for those who don't know the title of this post is how each week starts... both radio and tv show.
BASICALLY!
This week I celebrated my 20.25 birthday... why? Because my birthday present from my sister (Sims Medieval) came and my birthday present from my Daddy (that I bought myself on his behalf; Mcfly tickets) happened on the 30th of the month, my 3 month birthday... SOOOO 20.25... XD
So it was, frankly, the best freaking show they've ever done. It was very much a 'Let's all love on Doug as much as humanly possible' show which was ACE. I got some Ponesy moments which made me v.happy (Making love in the moonlight was changed by Jones to Making love to Dougie during Star Girl). What made me the happiest McFly fangirl alive was Transylvannia followed by Lies. Oh sweet jesus I nearly cried of happiness, they are my two favourite McFly songs and after Tranny wasn't played last time I didn't know if we'd get it but WE DID!
Other songs they played included (in no particular order):
Obviously (hooray back on the set list where it belongs) medleiedish with All About You
5 Colours with t-shirt firing with guns into the crowd for about five minutes with Danny on bass and Tom on the drums whilst Doug and Harry fired theirs out.
The Heart Never Lies (First encore, second song - nearly cried - Because McFly's here forever <333 lyric change)
IF U C Kate (singing my heart out to sgmajorshipper on that one, it's our song <3)
Nowhere Left to Run (followed so I was totally thinking of sgmajorshipper for ages wanting to cyber snuggle her)
That's The Truth (the most disappointing song live, if truth be told... shoulda been all acousticed up that would have been awesome)
End of the World (Flonesed to the Max)
Party Girl (as per... still a bit mehy about it but the more I here it live the better it does get, ngl.)
Pass Out (D-Dawg came out to play, mega lols.)
Shine A Light (Secondary Encore, cheeky - was shinier)
One For the Radio (First Encore, first song - bit fed up of it being on the set list now, actually. Let's get Everybody Knows back in there!)
Corrupted (WINSOME!)
I Need a Woman (Clicking, singing it to my buddy encryptedcookie who came with me for her first ever McGig <3)
Falling In Love (Never tire of it)
Smile (Just reminded me of the first time I saw them (summer tour 08) and when you can see my Dad on the DVD looking like a grumpy fucker! He didn't HAVE to come, he offered XD)
The Last Song (As the last main set song, always a winner)

I'm going to go read something rainbow_connec has sent me =DDD
