quiet weekends are good
thanksgiving was a good time. Got to spend time with the in-laws and friends of the family. That once a year fun. Like yafsn said, Josh looks much better this year! his girlfriend is cute and nice...quiet but that could be because she is hearing impaired...but she talks and is fun to boot!
Friday, Saturday and yesterday we did little things like dishes, took down the wire shelves in the closet. I HATE those things, and am very glad to get rid of them. I patched the holes left behind in the closet from their removal. Today I prime the closet and if all goes well tomorrow I will paint it. We picked up the paint for the room...It's purple. Are you surprised? It is a pretty shade of purple sorta grapey but darker...very purple! I am going to accent the room with a light lavender color to offset the darker paint. It will look very nice when I am done. I will most likely do some stencil work around the half moon window. I will also most likely get rid of the verticals that are in that room and replace them with squishy velvet curtains if I can find some I like at Bed, Bath and Beyond!
Vanessa has started to move in today so I am going through my crap again in my office and throwing shit away that is not needed anymore. old manuals and the likes. Ahh the old times... LOL
It is going to be weird sharing my office with someone...It has been a long time since I have but since I volunteered for it, ;)
in other news I am getting sick or having one hell of an allergy attack. My head is stuffed up to no end. UGH
