i woke up this morning
and i was 190.5
which means if i lose .5 pounds
i will be at my next goal

all i ate yesterday: one apple and three pieces of bread (the bread only because i was going out and i felt like i couldnt drive)
i go to my friends house and the pizza came a few minutes later. and while she ate three slices of pizza and got even fatter than she is, i drank a bottle of water.

on the way back to her house from driving around, i wanted a mcdonalds one dollar sunday
i drove into the window
and said nevermind and drove back.

thank you for not eating.
everything is pure fat.
