i started out eating VERY WELL yesterday. and then i went to mcdonalds and had a small diet coke, small fries, apple pie, and a caramel sundae.
well yesterday for most of the day i was remaining at 195, then by the end of the day i was 197.5
i thought i had fucked up my weight and my goal
but i just woke up and went to the bathroom (just pee, though) and then weighed myself, and
I'M 193!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
which is fucking amazing and i'm so happy.
only three more pounds and i'm down to another goal.
today is my friends bday party. but wednesday i decided what i was gonna fast today.
so today i'm going to fast. i probably will fail at it, but if i do, i'll only eat small things, like a pickle or something.
anyhow... i have stuff to do. byyyyeeeee
