ahhh...my back
had a bad day, back surgery recovery-wise. was doing pretty good until the last half of the day, then pain. yesterday was pretty crappy too. i think i over did it though. grocery store and laundry. i'll bet pushing that stupid cart around and lugging my full laundry basket did it. that's ok, 'cause i can tell it's getting better, but still have these bad days. i'll schedule tomorrow my surgery follow-up doctor appointment for a week or two out, and see what he says. even on the bad days, it's like going from a pain level of 9 to 3 (pre-op vs post-op). gettin' there. :)
