"Blood & Chocolate" movie verdict from the LJ office: pretty darn awesome. (Also awesome: watching it and thinking "I know what she's thinking! I read her LJ!" Or, in one case, "I wrote her LJ!")
So -- once you see the movie, come back and tell us what you think of it!
(There'll be spoilers in the comments, I'm sure.)

We enjoy a vast array of movies, and went into this one just looking to have fun.
In particular, it was nice to see a refreshing take on the "change" from human to wolf. My hubby is 3D modeler and animator and while we had a lot of fun with Underworld, there was something about the beauty and magic of the shift in Blood and Chocolate that was absolutely breath taking. It gave me chills.
I collect different films and books on Vampires and Were-creatures of all sorts, and when this comes out on DVD it will certainly find its way into my collection.
The film locations were breath taking and the wolves were beautiful.
I do have a question that is driving me nuts and I have been googling it for HOURS. Please tell me someone monitoring this community can answer it. I know the movie was filmed in Romania. I also know that the church in which Rafe and Aidan fought was actually two churches. One is All Saints Church in Prague...that is where the inside was taken from. "maybe you could stay here...as a ceiling fan or something" (hehehe) What I am curious about is what church was used for the outside? It was also used in Dracula III: Legacy and at least one other film that I know of. I adore that church. I would love to know the name and exact location, as in the next few years my husband and I would like to visit it.
Thank you,
Row

I really wish I had found out about this project sooner. I would have adored playing along. Major kudos to your RP skills m'dear.
I have scoured everything I know to scour, every interview that links the movie to Romania, and random searches of Romanian churches. Someone connected to the movie surely knows, but I don't know who to ask...
