Panic attack today at 2:40. Lasted 3 minutes. Still flushed. Never had one before. Heart might have exploded. Probably due to feelings of inadequacy, weight gain, financial worry and loneliness. Will try to rectify these issues in the coming weeks when I escape to the southwest. Can't blame this on anybody. This is entirely my fault.
