Ahh, so I am updating before the holidays!
I must say, I'm very content with life right now. I feel VERY accomplished and I'm proud of all the hard work I've done, and even though I'm nowhere near done, the progress I've made is really encouraging and exciting. I'm happy to have a break from school, I'm excited about drumline (the show is Scheherazade and I'm principal keyboard, and I haven't heard anything about a feature instrumentalist, so here's to hoping), I'm excited about solo competitions, duets, deciding what to do over the summer, the like. Great break so far.
So I promised Gerrald that I would dye his hair for him...he wanted green streaks, but I talked him into burgundy, because he has olive toned skin and green would make him look sallow. Crazy pinoy, he's so rad.
Have I mentioned how much I heart my section?
I heart them T h i s much. times a bajillion.
Donnie Darko night...yeah. That's such a great film! Yes, yes, foul atimes, but overall, it's SUCH a trip. I love it. And DON'T get me started on Napoleon Dynamite...oh man oh man. Too hot.
Oh, so I've been declared not just the pit section mommy and the battery section mommy...I'm everybody's mommy. Except for Nellie and Yasmin. Sare is their mommy.
