Cause Jersey is where America's at.
so, the weekend was pretty funny. Went to the sunny coast on friday night, stopped off at some random adventure park on the way home which was actually quite hilarious. Hung around New Farm saturday, nice and sunny. Went into the valley Saturday night, saw kicks and red paintings. red paintings are a fantastical band indeed. Saw about 1000 people i knew out, funniest people awards go to Luke, Sam and Wade. Won soccer today - one of the funniest games yet.

The guy at the gym had been letting me in free the last 4 times i'd been there when he has worked, i finally decided to ask him out (kind of). So one night i was at the gym and i was really bored and so I thought "fine, i'll just have to do it right now". I wanted to make sure it was perfectly timed so it would be funny ie. I had to wait for a good song to come on for background music.
Ok, so i'm on the treadmill and it's all that horrible techno stuff and I was getting really annoyed, WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN, AS IF IT WERE A SIGN - BON JOVI 'BED OF ROSES' came on.
haha. so i'm walking up to the desk and trying so hard not to laugh and i had a huge smile on my face and this was the convo:
me: *reach out for my keys*
gym gym: *pulls them back and rests his elbows on the counter*
gym guy: what are you smirking at?
me: haha, this song is funny
gym guy: haha
me: aaand.... well, i think you're the nice, most cutest boy in the world and just in case, here's my number.
me: *cooly passes gym guy a pre-written number on pink paper* hahahahhaha
gym guy: i'm so flattered
me: runs off into the distance

, doing a speech at the CBFCA 100 year conference in October, organised recycling bins for work (sounds lame, but it made me feel good inside, haha.), passed all subjects last semester and am doing 5 this semester... other stuff i can't remember.
My birthday is only coming up, as is supergrass and pretty girls make graves. my oh my.
