Back from Japan
Arrived home yesterday morning. First time flying and gaining so many hours. How weird to leave at 4:55pm on Friday and arrive at 8:00am Friday. Our flight was bumpy, flew through the storm that later nailed the west coast pretty good.
Got to Japan on the 23rd of December. What a wonderful trip. We spent two days in Tokyo, two days in the mountains of Gunma at two different onsen, one day in Tatebayashi (with friends of Nat), three days in Kyoto (with more friends of Nat), then back to Tokyo for four more days.
Went to a lot of places, had a lot of great food, soaked in wonderfully hot water, drank good beer and sake, took too many trains to count, and took a lot of great pictures.
