so it's day SIX.  i'm back on track.

day one
phentremine in the am
coffee
lunch:  rice, corn, chicken
middle of the night: 3 bites of rice cuz i got dizzy
lots of water

day two
phentremine in the am
coffee
four bites of tuna - 4pm
5:30pm 1/4 of rice, some green beans and the rest of that tuna
11pm apple
lots of water

day three
phentremine in the morning
coffee
canned white chicken pieces and bout 1/2 cup of rice
apple
1/4 cup rice plus 1 sardine in tomato sauce
lots of water

day four
phentremine in the morning
coffee
8 jumbo cajun shrimp
**dinner i'm thinking 1/4 cup rice with sardine and maybe an apple later**
should still be under 500 calories :-)

day five
horrible.
went to geisha house restaurant - and had lots of shit to eat.  then alcohol too...so hopefully i stayed under 1500 calories. 
day six
back on track just like i said i would be.

5pm - tuna salad (little mayo, onion and mustard) bout 1/4 rice

didn't want to weigh myself today cuz i cheated so bad yesterday but i will try it tomorrow and see where i am.
