These eyebrows? They're fake. They hide the fact that I look ridiculous because I don't have real eyebrows. They also double as a means to block my N.O. channel from being used.

Effectively, pulling random objects out of your head.

If they know how to activate the N.O. channel, then yes. Not everyone is capable of having their brain used to create an N.O. channel, though.
