Would it be safe to assume that this is one of the curses that I read about upon my arrival last night? I could see how this could cause some trouble for the residents here, especially considering what I've been reading. And here I thought Raharu was a menace, this is absolutely insane.That aside, is there any kind of formal citizens register here
