"Sylar, don't hang up," Peter started. His stomach as in knots and for a moment he considered hanging up himself. He hated not having more options than this.

"It's Peter Petrelli. I need to talk to you."

Best to just let him get over the shock that he was calling him first before he dove right into the how's and why's.

Of course he'd know that Peter had gotten shot recently. Peter smirked into the phone and glanced around the rooftop.

"I haven't been shot again."

He paused. He assumed Sylar's phone was reasonably secure. The man was wanted by the FBI. He wouldn't be talking on a phone that wasn't.

"I've got a problem. It's a very unique kind of problem I think you can appreciate."
