Take the time, the minutes, the hours, the days
Don't forget what you once had
Don't let the bad over come the good, because when you do there's no coming back
That's beyond the point of good hugs and deep breaths, nothing will help you back
Stop on the way down this path.
You can still come back
The journey back is rough, even rougher then the journey in
The demons are still there ready to challenge you
But this time you will prevail.
Be strong against them.
One thing you need that will help you through is:
The love of helpers, the love of yourself, and the love that made it all happen initially.
The love of helpers is there and they've been waiting
The love of yourself comes out in these very words and proves you are willing
Love that made this all happens has been there, and is the driving force that will make you succeed
You're ready to go, so please let's go.
At the end of this journey is a brighter day, and a better time.
