a day in the life
All was roses and sunshine until I blew up the Vitamix.
It all started out so well...
Lovely idyllic morning.
Lovely idyllic lunch.
They wanted smoothies, too.
Lifting up the lid of the Vitamix, strawberry goodness swirling around in the bottom, I added an egg.
Then I accidentally dropped the plastic plunger wand into the Vitamix.
IT EXPLODED. STRAWBERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE EVERYWHERE.
I cannot even describe the mess. There was yogurt on the ceiling. ALL OVER THE CEILING. There was yogurt on the stairs. On the walls. Coating the counter. And everything on it.
This was across the kitchen.
This is what was left of the plunger.
Bless my husband for grabbing the mop and not the camera.
