up late, mind awake.
I always tell bobby that I'll be in bed soon. he knows that's never the case, and here i am up an hour later. tomorrow is a rare day: no school and no work. i think finally, a chance to get some homework done, start some of my midterms, and take time for myself. All i know is that I should go to bed reasonably soon becuase I'm planning on leaving to go to the gym before 9am tomorrow. why? because we have fucking street cleaning tomorrow 9-3 on the side of the street im currently parked on and i dont want a $50 ticket. So the gym is a good reason to move my car. besides, Im still trying to lose some weight. I havent been happy with my body image at all....despite what others may say.
But so many positive things have been happening, which i am thrilled about.
School has been moving along quickly and i really like the majority of my classes. In particular my Directing Class. the class is 4 hours long and the day seems to move so fast. I think my classmates and I became fast friends. Everyone talks to everyone, and we've all seemed to mesh together more once we knew our beloved teacher was moving to Cali. But the new teacher earned major points with us because:
Im going to be volunteering at the Chicago Emmy Awards! badass right? hahah im positive Natalie is stressed becuase Im taking so many days off for the holidays, the store probably isnt smiling upon me, but what a cool opertunity! Our teacher said we'd be doing things like handing out awards n stuff. The lady I spoke to for the event said she's email us more info by the end of the month.
