(no subject)
hey everybody,
I haven't made a decent post in a while so I guess I'll update and get everyone up to speed.
I have one week of school left. which is awesome because i am so ready for this semester to be over and done with. I've learned this spring that i do not want to be a producer, i will be debating writing for TV as another potential concentration, and that saving on the AVID editor is much much harder for me than editing itself. I've only really made one good friend this semester and that's Rachel. We're in P&E together and have been partners for our projects all year. Mr. Steve Apter agrees that we're probablly the only students who give a shit in that class. that and we're the only two girls in the class who dont call our teacher Stevie. -slaps a bitch-
Rachel and i are also lined up to interview together for an internship. She hooked me up with the oppertunity and im extremely greatful and i hope it works out. We were suppose to interview today but it's been pushed to next thursday, so wish me luck! This gives me more time to get a copy of our midterm and also get a copy of our final. woot! The internship is for a show called "A Day in the Life of." but other than that i dont know much more.
Now i will miss Rachel becuase i am taking P&E II over the summer...so we cannot be partners in crime any longer. UNLESS WE INTERN TOGETHER!
As for the other aspects of my life:
Work is going well. I've been showing Natalie that i can bust my ass and bring money into the company. So far I've been trending about $10,000 a month in sales. and commission is a major plus.
Everything else has been, well, moving along. I'm still trying to work through alot. Finding my mind in places were i dont want it to be. And lashing out. But there have been moments where my smile has returned and i can take my mind off of things and just be. The weekend that Kyle was in was great because it pulled me out of my day to day routine and we stayed up and drank and laughed and i didnt even care that i had to be at work in the morning.
Okay, this is long enough. alot has happened.
oh, but my current worry is our kitty, Seis. Her eyes look a little foggy and she's been lethargic (sp?) all day. this is behavior very unlike Seis. we are a little worried. she has been eating and cleaning herself so that i think is a plus. A vet appointment is in order.
