Family Outing (Variety Show) Season 1
Family Outing Season 1 (Korean: 패밀리가 떴다; literally Family's Here) was a South Korean variety show; It was first aired on June 15, 2008, and was one of the top rated programs on Sunday Korean television. In each episode, the "Family" travels to different parts of South Korea and takes care of the house of an elderly family while that family goes on a vacation. The "Family" then accomplishes the tasks left for them by the house's owners. The show is a two day and one night show split into two episodes. The first season ended on February 14, 2010, and a second season featuring a brand new cast, production team, and concept, aired until July 11, 2010.

1. Yu Jae-suk : The main host of the show, plays a major role for the "Wake-Up Mission" on the second day morning, as well as games throughout the show. Called the Grasshopper, the 'dumb' brother from Daesung's dumb and dumber, and nation siblings with Lee Hyori.
2. Lee Hyo-ri : The "female master" of the show. The "Nation's Fairy" plays the role of the person who sometimes coincides with Yu Jae-suk, yet sometimes contradicts him and fool around. Called the 'mom' or 'madam', Former Fairy, and nation siblings with Jaesuk. Also has a cat-dog relationship with Kim Jong kook.
3. Yoon Jong-shin : The old man of the show, he always needs the care and attention of the rest of the family members. Viewed as the best at "making the seasoning" for cooking on the show. Called, sickly, old man, 40 brothers with Sooro
4. Kim Su-ro : The "Game Devil" of the show. He is one of the more well built and strong family members, usually winning in all games. He also enjoys picking on Lee Chun-Hee. Also called Little boy Sooro or Stepmother Kim.
5. Kang Dae Sung : Far from his national-idol-Big Bang image, the youngest of the family members assists Yu Jae-suk in gags and is seen as a younger brother to him. He's called the 'dumber' brother with Jaesuk's dumb and dumber. Also called small eye brothers with Kim Jong Kook.
6. Kim Jong-kook : Usually called "Kim Kook-jong" on the show. Originally having an awkward relationship with Lee Hyo-ri, and eventually Park Ye-jin, they later develop into fake "romance scandals". He also retorts Yu Jae-suk and Yoon Jong-shin.
7. Lee Chun-hee : Giving the image as "Chunderella" and "Clumsy Chun-hee", he originally seemed to be a strong player, but was later determined to be naive and clumsy. He is constantly picked on by Kim Su-ro.
8. Park Ye-jin : Originally seems as a pleasant, sweet lady, she later shows her true colors as the "Sweet, Vicious Miss Ye-jin" through her vicious ways in preparing animals for food, and her bravery towards capturing them. she called 'Sweet and Savage Yejin' ..-wikipedia-
"i usually avoid variety show but it different with Family Outing and Running Man..I loves them..
Can't stop laughing everytime i watch this show..especially the part when Dumb and Dumber show up :)
Everyone in this show really blend with each other and that made them feels like real family
i love when they forced to wake in the morning ..and forced to play game to decide who's gonna prepare the breakfast
they really fought with each other in order to avoid the task..and they didn't seem care about how they look
even though they just wake up ^^..
