5 things I loved when I was younger

1. Voltron Force - Cartoon and toys. All that remains of the full, heavy, steal, harmfull to children, toy set is my No.3 Green Lion minus the head. I wish I still had the whole thing. ::pouts::

2. Thunder Cats - Cartoon only. Never had any Thunder Cat toys, but I had some Sliver Hawk toys. For those who don't remember what the Silver Hawks were they were a cheap knock off of the Thunder Cats in outerspace. They were pretty gay. ::shrug::

3. G.I. Joe American Hero - Cartoon and toys. Oh man how I tortured those boys. Don't get me wrong. I really liked my G.I. Joes, especially Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow, but like any good solider they loose their edge in their old age which was usually marked by their thumbs breaking off or that little rubber band that held them together snapping. Once those things happened it was time to: A)Melt B)Crush C)Explode D)Parachute them to a roof bound eternity or in some special cases: E)All of the above. You all served well men. You will be forever remembered in ours hearts. may you rest in pieces. ::salutes::

P.S. No matter how old and beat up, Snake Eyes was never subjected to such horror. He deserved better and was treated with respect.

4. Exo Squad - Cartoon and Toys. I remember back in the day when any toy that shot a plastic missle was the shit. and you know what? it was true. I Didnt have very many Exo Squad toys but the ones I had Were awesome. I wish i could remember their names. Anyone out there remember the name of the alien defecter to the human side?

Wow that last sentance was dorky, but really does anyone know? ::stares at mike::

Saved the best for last.
5. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Comic books, Movies, Cartoon and Toys. ::gets teary eyed:: I loved those fucking turtles with all of my heart and soul. I used to have the Ninja Turtles posters, bedsheets (with stylish pillow cases) and gay trapper keepers. just everything you could think of. The whole nine yards. My room was an impressive Ninja Turtle shrine to be proud of. I even had the little carrying cases to keep the toys in and I'm a lucky owner of the original comics in which they were first created. also to this day I can ramble on and on with quotes from the movies and...and...::spaces out and hears::

"T. U. R. T. L. E. power! T. U. R. T. L. E. power!"

I must save them from the closet and attic! They are calling for me! They need me! Don't worry boys I'm coming! Cowabunga I'm Coming!

::runs off fanticly to find my one true love::
