I'm sitting in my friend's brand new is300 on my way to atlanta. trevor, greg, chad (owner of said is300), MARE, and myself. we're staying at the Peachtree downtown till sunday, so if anyone reading this is a local, make an appearance. we're going to six flags tomorrow, but mostly we're just going to kick it in one of my favorite cities within driving distance. also, sunday we're going to the flying biscuit.

Cartel got their new record back, so we're gonna have a sweet listening party tonight or tomorrow... complete with lots of drinks and jenga. Chuck's hanging out too.

Basically here's the deal, I'm bored and stuck in a car, that really is too small for 5 people (including Mary, who i almost forgot in the beginning when i mentioned everyone else. she's reading this from the back seat right now and was quite hurt when i excluded her name earlier.) I'm crammed riding shotgun. now mare is bitching about being more crammed than i am. and greg just farted, and didn't let anyone know, we kind of found out on our own.

oh road trips...

see you in atlanta,
brian

i75 north to i24 west and straight on till morning... or sometime later this afternoon anyway. we're heading home from atlanta. this was a pretty kick ass trip i must say. it included lots of sweet roller coasters, drunk jenga, the Westin Peachtree Plaza, a huge burrito, hang out time with 4 kick ass people. although it should've been more, cartel and chuck boned out last night. mother fuckers didn't answer phone calls. it was an overall pretty bad ass trip, and now we have season passes to six flags, so there are many road trips to come, and you're all invited... if you're in to theme parks.

so yesterday... we'll start there. we got up around 8:30 after a night of drunk jenga. we got ready and headed out to the park. we spent most of the day out there. once we completely ran out of energy, we came home for a power nap, which mare wished would've lasted longer. after the naps, we showered and got ready to go grubbin. i walked out the door of our hotel room to have a smoke, and this black lady is talking to greg in the hall. as soon as i walked out she started commenting on my smell... which is fine because i was wearing Candy for men... which smells really good. then she mentioned that there were naked girls in her room right now, and that we should come in. me and greg ran.

so we head out and everything is closed. so we ended up at the hard rock. it was alright. we came back in and stopped at the hotel bar for a cigarette. chad and trevor sat down as i stood. i walked off after i was done, but they stayed for a minute. there were 2 girls and 4 guys sitting next to them. and apparently they were convinced that i was Travis Barker of Blink-182. considering i have no tattoos, no mohawk, no tv show, and i don't have lots of money and cars, i don't see how i'm Travis Barker, although i appreciate the compliment, i guess?

the odd thing about this weekend was that we were the only rock and roll looking kids everywhere we went. so, in turn, we turned heads everywhere we went. friday night we ate at hooters, and one of the waitresses walked up and asked if we were playing next door. she started asking us if we were in a band and all this other stuff. every time we walked in the hotel people were watching us as if they were trying to figure out where they had seen us before. i really can't wait for tour. in nashville, i'm a dime a dozen. i like being a rockstar. i like the looks. call me cocky. go ahead.

well i suppose that about covers the trip. there was more, but i'll leave that to the q & a,

driving home,
b
