goodbye isn't forever, is it?

I want to apologize to everyone for not making it to Becca's party. I really wanted to go, but being banished to upstate New Hampshire has been my fate every summer since I was two. I've never really gotten to spend a summer with my friends, and now that we're all going our separate ways it hurts more than ever that I'm not with you guys. College is a huge step forward for all of us. Some of us will stay together, others will be going off on our own for the first time. I just wanted you all to know that I will never forget you guys. High school was filled with experiences, some good, some bad, but through it all we were almost always together. Just because we're leaving the halls of West High for other schools in other places doesn't mean we won't still be friends. Although we won't be in the same classes and see each other in the halls, all we have to do is think about the past four years and remember all the good times we've had.
