Springtime fun!
I love cakes. Decorating them is something I've never been good at but I think it is absolutely fascinating to watch. To me, what better form of art is there? I mean... you can eat it when you're finished! (this might be the reason I have a weight problem LOL)
This is my gallant attempt at decorating a cake. This was originally going to be a big bunny head but I don't have a cake board to put it on and it would have been WAY too big to fit any pan that I have. So it turned into this.
I'm not even good at making this icing smoothe but I'm trying. From the beginning, the outlook was not promising (the cakes didn't bake well, not the same size, stuck to the pan etc.). Considering the circumstances, I think it turned out pretty cute.
