So, where is everyone?

Have you seen that programme Coast? I've only seen the whole thing once, but I caught the end of it tonight, and I think the people on it are great. They're the kind of people that always do that kind of programme - the geeky, obsessed with subject type who think everything's exciting. They reall give you enthusiasm for whatever topic it is they're going on about.

In other news, I have just ordered a new mobile phone from Virgin online. Notonly have I decided to replace my trusty Nokia thirty-three-blah-blah, I have ordered it online (the second order I have placed online in only a few days, since I Amazoned the other day). When I say "decided", I should emphasise that the phone had developed the minorly irritating habit of switching itself off whenever someone tried to phone me, and quite often when I sent/recieved a text message. As you can imagine, it is a slight inconvenience, especially when those are the primary functions of the phone. Plus, O2 has been pissing me off with its 12p texts since I got back. Enough about that, methinks.

Not much else is going on. I've decided not to take the rubbishy vouchering job I was going to do for one of the ghost tour companies because it's utterly rubbish, so it looks like all I have to do over the next few weeks is desperately try to write essays. Good fun, what?
