For all the times I've said I've lost my voice, I was sooo wrong. Cause right now it's gone. GONE! I can talk, but any notes are too much. I hope I'm alright for the show...
Regardless of whether I am or not, you should all come SEE SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD NEXT WEEKEND!
In other news, all the seniors came by today to rehearsal. It was also our first run-through of the show, so it wasn't the cleanest rehearsal, but w/e. I realized today how much I miss all of last years seniors. They all need to come back more often, cause it's not the same without them. Adam and I came up with nicknames for the guys in the cast.
Me: Pretty Boy
Adam: Cap'n Awkward
Jamal: J-Mizzle
Jason: Bush Country (cause texas is too dull)
Alex: Any derivation of new kid (i.e. newbie, rookie, nube, etc.)
Ben: Skip (b/c why not?)
Band practice this weekend will be interesting, but we need it cause we're recording in 2 weeks. Hope Hank Wankford went well, I'm off to sleep and get back to being able to sing.
