A sign of the world ending, or your opinion of me just got a litle bit lower.
Today when I went to buy cigarettes and a lighter at the market near my house I saw Davidoff Cigarettes on display.. and my heart jumped with happiness.
In Serbia alot of my friends would buy a pack of davidoff cigarettes during the weekend to smoke when they went out to the clubs. They would then buy the cheapest cigarette that wasn't Drina to smoke when they wern't trying to impress people who don't care about what brand cigarette they smoke anyway.
So I kind of bought into that idea, of buying 'ilustrious' cigarettes to make myself look better, because honestly I could never tell the difference between a davidoff cigarette and a cheap 40 dinar pack of cigarettes (davidoff would have been 150 - 200 dinars).
(I also went through a similar phase when I went to Istanbul and saw every kurdish mafia goon smoking parliament lights...)
