So last night me and Brit went to the carnival/fireworks in Winsted. We get there, and sit down at some tables, not realizing it was the Bingo tables. So we get up and move to the playground, and sit on the swings in front of a bunch of people who think they are from the ghetto. So we get up after awhile, walk around, and find no one. So we go back to the playground and sit in this wooden car, and a little boy who was like, 1, comes and sits next to me and says that he's going to drive us to the park. So we "go to the park" a few times, and have to get out and walk around with this little boy who I have no idea who he is or where he came from. After awhile, his mother notices he's talking to random people so they leave, and then Brit gets some fries, and we see Jake, but he doesn't see us. As we're walking back, JoeJoe grabs me and gives me a hug, but Brit just keeps walking. So he asks me in a really sad tone, "How come she didn't notice me, or say anything?" hahah poor kid. So Brit turns around after awhile and realizes I'm with Joe, so she stops and gives him a hug and he leaves so me and Brit go and sit on a bench and by now it's pretty dark out. I'm not even paying attention to anything, when all of a sudden this real sketchy looking kid who is like, 6 feet tall, has a hat on backwards dressed all in ghetto ware and has REAL straight hair to his nose, and really blunt cut (it was HILARIOUS how terrible he looked), just turns to me and says "Hey." So of course I say Hi back, because I'm not going to be rude to the kid, and he ask me if he can sit next to me on the bench. Great. So I can tell this kid has to be drunk, because I can smell it on him, and he asks me what my first and last name was, and where I was from. So I tell him, Torrington, and he goes "Oh, well normally I wouldn't date any girls from Torrington because they've all cheated on me." Hahah so by now I don't know what to do, I'm freaking out because we were the only three in the park area and it was complete darkness. So, he continues on, and ask me what kind of music I listen to. So, I say rock, because I figure he doesn't look like he listens to that. Well. He busts out with, "Oh, I'm a rapper." WOW hahaha YOU'RE COOL! So by now I look over at Brit as she's eating her fries, and she's laughing hysterically at me because of this kid. It's hilarious. So he gives me his phone numbers, and I put them on Brit's phone. So by now she's done with her fries and finally suggests we get up and look for Joe. So, I figure, hey now he'll leave me alone. But no, he asks if he can follow. So I say yeah because I felt bad. So he's following us, and we are trying to look for any guy we knew, but while we're walking the kid, (I'll call him W because that's what his name started with), W asks me if I had a boyfriend. So I don't know what to say so I just go "Ehhhh no." But he's like, "Well, ehhh as in there's a guy you're hooking up with or ehh as in no, no." So I just say "Eh no not really." BUT! all of a sudden, Brit gets excited because she spots JORDAN! So I look at him, he looks at me and I run and give him a big hug and of course he hugs me for worlds longest and best hugs :] So as he's hugging me, I whisper to him that he has to get this kid away from me because I have no idea who he is and he's following me and freaking me out! So he's like Oh no! Okay. So we let go and Brit says that the kid just left, and of course I'm psyched. Jordan calls Stacie and she finds us, but then W returns! With another kid who's about a foot shorter than me, and Brit turns to us and is like OH NO THAT MUST BE FOR ME. Hahaha. So we just kinda stand there and I'm just looking right at Jordan so I don't get that kid to talk to me, give Stacie a hug, and then W asks me if he can use my phone, so I let him and he goes away for a bit. Then a few people we know come up and give us hugs and stuff. But then Jordan gets a call and he has to meet some people across the street so when W comes back, W says he has to leave. So I give him a hug and he goes to me, "You better call me. I mean it, you better call me I'll be waiting." Yeah, okay buddy. So he leaves and then we start walking as Jordan and Stacie leaves. So then we find Carl, because W is still lurking around so we follow Carl around for about an hour, get drinks and talk since I haven't talked to him in forever. Then Carl leaves and me and Brit walk around looking for Joe to yell at him because we couldn't find him when we wanted to. Then I see AJ who I haven't seen in years and he asks me if I have any pot on me? Hahah random, so I say no and he leaves. So we're just walking around waiting for the fireworks and whatever, so as we're walking this random guy who's about 20, walk by and says to me, Hey, how are you doing? All flirty, so by now I'm just like okay, I give up. I seriously must have, "Sketchy men, please talk to me" on my forehead. That's all I get. So then we can't find Joe, I see AJ again and he gives me a hug, then we go back on the swings and watch the fireworks! After my mom comes and gets us, and brings us to Brits house and I finally say A Walk to Remember, and that was that. It was a VERY exciting night I must say. I got like, 7 hugs it was nice because I haven't seen these people since school ended. Yay.
