A southern Indiana man admits to the brutal beating death of his brother.
Randy Miller, 28, went to court in Vincennes and pleaded guilty to murder.
Miller said he beat his 18-year-old brother Chad Miller to death with a hammer in the family home last November.
Randy Miller disappeared after the murder, but was captured by police in New Mexico.
Prosecutor's say that in exchange for the guilty plea they are recommending Randy Miller receive a 45 year prison sentence.
The judge has taken the plea under advisement and has set sentencing for May 13th.
