[Today there is a small child walking aimlessly around the village. Normally that wouldn't be too odd, but this child happens to be carrying around a very unwieldy sword that seems to yell at him every time it is dropped.

But that's not the only strange part about his walk today. All though the day until he is stopped, he can be found wondering

[Nox extends his hand in an odd mechanical way of moving]

[Apparently they never taught it proper manners, either. Oh well. Nox's arm will just snap back down to his side in the same manner.]

... If I am going to help you find your mother, I should probably know her name as well. A description would help as well.

I suppose all isn't bad though. It seems there are plenty of people around who are willing to take care of you. And if all goes well on my part. We'll all be able to go home if we so please.
