[Today there is a small child walking aimlessly around the village. Normally that wouldn't be too odd, but this child happens to be carrying around a very unwieldy sword that seems to yell at him every time it is dropped.

But that's not the only strange part about his walk today. All though the day until he is stopped, he can be found wondering

[Loki's just coming home from a stroll when he sees a kid looking into a window of his house in the most suspicious way possible.

What.

Loki gets as close as he can dare unnoticed before stopping and staring at this kid staring into his house. You better not be up to no good, kid. He's watching you.]

[He's not up to a darn thing. Except looking into everybody's houses.

And he'll be there, unmoving, for a good long time. And if you're spotted, the only thing he will do is stare even more.]

[No matter how you look at it, he's suspicious! After a long moment of inaction, Loki makes a silent retreat... only to return with an opaque toy capsule.

He hides behind a bush before rolling the capsule at the suspicious kid's feet. Will he open it...?]

[It's just a random kid with pink hair looking into windows, how is that suspicious?

And no, he doesn't open in. In fact, he jumps away from it, not knowing what the heck it is, and sort of expecting it to blow up.]

[Pssh. Random children happen to be the ones that keep trying to kill him back home.

The capsule doesn't explode. It just sits there quite innocently. And so does Loki from behind his bush.]

[..Well, Crona could kill him, but he doesn't have to without his mommy telling him to do so.

Just...give him a minute to figure that out, and he will bend down to put his sword down, and start poking the capsule. What is it???]

[The fact that he could kill Loki, period, is a case in point.

What is it???? It's a cheerful green plastic capsule, and it rolls around lightly when it's poked. There's no noise coming from inside, but there's a very small amount of weight to it.]

[But he's technically innocent without his mom here.

Okay, that's terribly unamusing even to him. He'll get to trying to pop it open then. Only because this is so random.]

[Then we'll just have to hope that his mom stays not-here!

Because when the two halves come apart, the string taped to one half of the capsule is pulled free from the party popper glued to the other half, and there's a sharp

*CRACK*

as a sudden, colorful stream of confetti shoots out at Crona.]

[Congratulations, you've managed to scare the DAYLIGHTS out of a six-year-old.

He jumps back, and SCREAMS, and a way only Crona can manage, and falls backwards onto Ragnarok.]

[Sorry, he's too busy cracking up. Yes, he can be a terrible person.]

[Well, Crona is officially crying his eyes out, and trying to cuddle his sword for protection.]

T-that wasn't very nice a-at all!

[... Aw, dammit. Maybe he overdid it. He emerges from his bush and rushes over to make sure Suspicious Kid is okay.]

Sorry, sorry. Are you alright?

[Since that was the first time Crona has ever seen anything like that, yeah, it freaked him out a bit too much, so he will try to scoot away from the random new person suddenly apologizing to him.]

I-I think so...b-but what was that for?

Maybe you could call it a conditioned response...?

[He stops when Crona scoots away and holds his hands up disarmingly.] Why were you spying on our house?
