BAH HUMBUG!!!!!
Man, work today is soooo slow. I love how I am getting paid to look at people's updates- I find it QUITE funny. BUAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I am so evil.....
So, I haven't really updated in a loooong time...wow...since BEFORE my grad party!! That's CaRAZY!!!! So let's recap briefly.
My grad party went well. I made $2520.88. So that was smarvelous. A good amount of people showed up, so I was happy with that. I sent out all of my thank-you letters two days after the party, which was a miracle in itself. tee hee
What else has happened?
Oh yeah, Chris came into town. It was really good to see him again. It had been a while and it was nice to talk to him and just be stupid with him. He's totally like a brother to me, and for that, I love him. (insert mushing 'awwwww-ing' here)
So all the grad parties that I went to were wonderful-thanks to everyone for inviting me-even though I spent bookoo bucks stuffing envelopes-haha.
Fourth of July- eh. Not as special as I had wanted it to be. Joe and I went to Bay City for the fireworks on the third. We sat on the side of the highway on the bed of his brothers truck and watched them. That was fun. We watched a guy pee and light his way with his watch light-haha.... On the fourth, my mom told me that I had to go with them to Midland, so I invited Joe to come with us. That was kinda nice, too.
The next day, my mom and I went to breakfast (at 1 in the afternoon) and then we went discount firework shopping. I spent about 25 on a buttload of fireworks. It was grand. Joe and I split the cost and we are going to shoot them off at a bonfire that he's having this weekend-tenatively.
All in all, everything's been pretty peachy-work's great. Tutoring and lawn mowing take up most of my free time, so that kinda sucks, but it's money, so I'm definately not complaining. I am, however, mad at myself for not working out this summer. My main goal this summer was to start a work-out routine so that I will be used to it when school starts. Well, I think I've gone running all of 4 days this summer and I haven't reconstructed my weight machine yet. So I am very mad at myself for this. Maybe I will kick it up in August, when tutoring slows down...*fingers crossed*
My mom has been super anal lately. It's really getting on my last nerve. She's just been a super bi*** to me and I have done nothing to her to make her upset. She's just fine with everyone else-but me. I think it might be because she is realizing that I am getting older and that I will be 18 soon, so I am nearly a legal adult, and she isn't ready to let go of the reins yet. But I keep pulling them away from her, hoping she will slowly let go. Because next year is going to suck if she doesn't give me any freedom. I realize that I hardly see my family anymore because I'm so busy and so are they, but the family time that we DO spend together isn't enjoyable because I always end up getting yelled at for something or another, or I end up getting 'picked on' by someone. Oh well. I am just trying to spend as much time with Joe as possible. He keeps me sane.
Does anybody happen to have a hammock that they would be willing to sell to me for a reasonable price? I really want to buy one with MY money, but my mom thinks its stupid and a waste of money, even though I am ALWAYS outside reading or just relxing in my spare time-what few and far between that is. ARGH!
Well, I have been on here long enough, so I think I will get back to pretending to do some work. I have only had one customer all day-it's been pretty boring.
If anyone wants to e-mail me at work, whatever it is, I would really like something to pass the time with. It's katlin.eshenbacher.siqg@statefarm.com give it a try sometime....please....I am begging you....give me some entertainment here!!!!
