There is so much win in this comic.

Heyoka tells Kano that s/he (Heyoka's preferred pronoun) is going to take him on a journey, but won't give him any details. That's pretty much what Tonbo does to Kano at the beginning of the story.

Then they go to the top level of their building, just like Kano has to go to the top level of Gray World.

"Are you nuts"? Heyoka was just granted release from the hospital - technically, he is the least nuts person there. (Possibly including some of the doctors)

"You need a code to open the doors". Later, a "code 5150" in Kano's mind breaks down the barriers between Zones.

Heyoka and Kano get in through slow-moving doors. Similar to how Red forced his way into Kano's mind. Kano was holding his balled-up fist to his face just like that when he first saw Red.

"We'll be fine if we avoid any floor with actual staff on duty." Red was fine in Kano's mind up until the point where he met "staff on duty". Then he got his ass handed to him, by every person who encountered him. Fuuka had no problems with Kid - maybe because of Kid's innocence? - but she initially caught a lot of grief from Dark. I don't think Kano realizes that he's "staff".
