(no subject)
DAMMIT, I just typed an entry and lost it all to the combination of a small LJ glitch and the fact that I'm typing on an unfamiliar computer.
I'm typing on an unfamiliar computer because I'm typing on John's, because mine has died. As in, D-E-A-D- DEAD. Not that it owed me anything -- 4 years old is pretty ancient for a laptop. But still. I'm not retyping the whole entry, but this is just a notice that emails are going to be slow to come for awhile, because the computer has died, and I'm not terribly keen to take the time to write them at an internet cafe when I'm paying for internet at my apartment already. I'm keeping the internet at my apartment because I might as well, as I'll be getting a new computer as soon as I can. For the time being, though -- sorry dudes, I'm going to be even more quiet than I already am.
I'll retype the entry. . . some other time. Too lazy now. John's here; he heads to Bangkok and Hanoi tomorrow. I also wrote about how Ana was here for two weeks and it was LOVELY. And I'm going to Sapporo next week for a few days, to visit a friend. Can't wait to get out and see a part of Japan that's genuinely different and apart from Tokyo. Word. Cody: I'm ocunting on you to show me a good time, yeah?
