For those of you who say, "I'm tired of Obama saying he stands for change without saying what the change is!"
I always say, "It's all in the speeches if you just listen. Just because he says it with more poetry than most politicians doesn't mean he's not saying it."
Finally, he's done something I wish he did awhile ago. Maybe he's done it before and I just never noticed, but anyway. The top half of the page details his economic plan, and the bottom half is the speech he gave in Wisconsin about it.
