1. Degrease the surface with Reducing Solvent 2333N
2. Sand the surfaces well with 120 grit paper (be sure that all bare aluminum is sanded to a bright metal)
3. Remove all sanding residue with Reducing Solvent 2333N
4. Immediately (within 2 hours of sanding/cleaning) apply 1 coat of InterProtect 2000E which has been thinned 15% with Reducing Solvent 2333N
5. Sand the InterProtect 2000E with 220 grit paper
6. Remove all sanding residue with Reducing Solvent 2333N
7. Apply 1 coat of Epoxy Primekote which has been thinned 25% with Reducing Solvent 2333N
8. Sand the Epoxy Primekote with 320 grit paper
9. Remove all sanding residue with Reducing Solvent 2333N
10. Apply 1 coat of Perfection, which can be thinned up to 10% by volume with Reducing Solvent 2333N if desired
11. Sand the Perfection with 320 grit paper
12. Remove all sanding residue with Reducing Solvent 2333N
13. Apply a 2nd coat of Perfection, which can be thinned up to 10% by volume with Reducing Solvent 2333N if desired
