(no subject)
Hey,
Well today was such a lovely day. It was a pretty early start, we had to get the 9am train into the town then we got the 9.45 bus to Edinburgh. It only took about an hour and a quarter to get through there which was quite cool. So as soon as we got there we got lost heh. Ended up circling the bus station and then found our way about. We headed straight for the Tourist Information place and got our trusty map. After that we went a wander of the shops on Princes Street and then sat at the massive fountain and had some lunch. It was soo pretty there, the fountain was surrounded by flowers and in the background it was the castle and the hilly parts, was lovely. We went a trek up to the castle after that but they wouldn't let us in with child's tickets because we didn't have an adult and it was £9.50 for adults tickets so there was no way I was paying that. In the end we just waited to hear the gun thing fire (which Scott shit himself at) then went a wee wander. Looked at some more shops after that and sat back at the fountain for a wee while again for some more snacks. We ended up back up at the castle looking for some cafes for dinner but we couldn't find any so Scott went to Burger King and I went to Mcdonalds. It was sooo sweet though because Scott bought me lillies and a wee highland cow with googly eyes. The flowers and the coo made me all happy. It was such a nice day, all we really did was look at some shops and wander lots but it was different from the usual and it was really lovely.
We came home and went down to his but Devon's pals were in because it was her birthday and they were making a racket so we headed up here and we're just sitting watching Ocean's 11 now. I should really go start watching it but I wanted to update before I forgot about today, because my memory really is THAT bad.
School tomorrow, pff. Not looking forward to it at all but at least it's Physics first which is usually a laugh.
