SO, our groups 'Street Of Crocodiles' rehearsal went from 3-6pm today. The first hour and a half was so productive, we blocked through the whole scene which we hadn't done anything on and made some awesome discoveries. That's the bitch about Drama, blocking through scenes, making discoveries, learning lines and all at the same time; trying to be creative and actually make it make sense to an audience. I reckon we're on target for next week's exam, 1 week and 2 days to be exact. But, the fact that Mr. Veness wanted to see a run-through tomorrow to make sure we were on the right track, we're not ready for. Maybe he won't be in tomorrow and we won't have to ask for that extension, as he was ill today. Schneaky! So far, what we've done in my opinion is really good. It just always needs to be deeper and detailed, everything is always challenged and since the play is so tough to grasp, I think we've done bloody well. The only bad thing is that I'm actually looking forward for this Unit to be over, and I really didn't want that attitude for our last ever practical piece at Tanglin.
I want the weekend! I want Fobissea! 3 more days
