We went San Fran two weekends ago for Chris' birthday. We went to Alcatraz Island which was way more than i could have imagined, and even tho we had to walk in the pouring rain to get to the boat to ride there we had a great time. When we walked around the Pier we saw some hilarious british street performers doing acrobats and picking on people. We even went on a tour of Napa Valley where we rode on a bus to different wineries and had samples and learned a bit about making wine. Our bus driver was very informative about wine and San Fran itself. And the way he talked was just awesome. For the four days we were there the whole city was just overwhelming and so much fun. It was just the fun trip we needed to make us feel recharged and ready for the drive home. And when we left for Frisco it was freezing in Barstow and when we got back it was hot as balls. I hate the cold.
When we got back we go some crazy shit from Ron called Hawaiian Skunk, and after not smoking for four days in Frisco it knocked me down a notch.
Today Thomas invited us to go off-roading with him. I love it so much. We can get drunk and drive like maniacs and it's perfectly acceptable. It's a freaking blast. I can always remember put suntan lotion on my tattoo but I never remember to put it anywhere else. So one of my arms is burnt as is my face and chest. All worth it tho. oh man there is still dirt in my ears! eww!
April 4th marks one year since we started the road trip!
AND April 20th will be our four year anniversary! WOW! Time really does fly when you're having FUN
I can't stop thinking about the future and after we get home again. Oh how relaxing it will be for us to be home.
Two more weeks and we are out of this damn desert!
Florida here we come!
