a blog about nothing
I'm going to tell you right now that I have no idea what this blog post is going to be about. You wouldn't have to live through the torture if it weren't for MoFo, but alas, I have some strange, moral urge to blog every day. Even if it's a blog about absolutely nothing.
I thought about digging out my blogging book, but it really takes too much effort to think. And thinking is the last thing on my mind right now. Case in point: I could have fixed the hell out of my honors thesis tonight, but I didn't. Instead, I watched a bit of The Office and tonight's How I met Your Mother and then moped around for a little bit about how I no longer have any TV on DVD. I'm done with whatever's out on Battlestar Galactica and I haven't seen Ashley recently to steal more of her collection. And my NetFlix haven't come i yet. I had nothing to do! So did I work on the thesis?
No.
I bought (because I'm terrified of illegal downloading) the first episode of season 4 of BSG off of iTunes.
And this really makes me feel geeky now. A friend recently told me that she was starting to believe that I am a bigger geek than she was- the engineer-y type. I'm beginning to think that I may be. Either that, or I'm just a fat and lazy. Take your pick.
So! I'm making my readers play along today. Hopefully ALL of you read this and now are thinking of other ways I am a total nerd. I have a couple in mind- I blog, I like science fiction and vampires, I'm an over-achiever. I'm sure you can think of more. Do tell me!
And no, being in band makes me cool. Not dorky. Psh.
