I got a $20 gift card to Amazon for $10 the other day through Living Social. That was fantabulous. I was then, of course, left with the huge decision of what to buy.
I ended up getting two history books from the Oxford History of the United States series. I got one on the Civil War and one on foreign relations. The Civil War one is almost 1000 pages and the foreign relations one I think is about 1100 pages. Those should keep me busy for a while. I love history, too. :D
