injuries=shit.
so now i'm on swim workouts instead of speed workouts. ehhhhhh. this makes me unhappy. oh well. other than that...everything is going well. i love the sport, and the people are nice. you get what you put in, there's no cheating, and there is not failure. as long as you don't quit.
so i drained my blisters today like connor said i should, but it hurt like a bitch because i didn't use an LMX to numb them, and i had to stab them multiple times.
but tonight should be interesting. and it will be a really nice break on my hips. where-as today... i was nearly crawling to get back and get iced.
tonights plan---
- Stretch
- Go to trainer see if anything is better or worse
- Head over to the Y for fifty lengths
- come back and stretch
- sit ups and push-ups (yeah that's right Helm... on the effing infield!!!)
