At work we have somewhere between 20-30 workers AND SEVEN MANAGERS! Ray, Chris, Joan, Rob, Bec, Stacey and EVEN BLOODY KRYSTELLE (please note previous bitchings about Krystelle) is learning to become a manager...
Four of the seven managers are related. Chris and Joan are married, Rob is their son and Krystelle is once more going out with Rob. On top of that Bec is an item with Phill (another of the workers) and Stacey has just had her second child. Ray is rarely there due to the fact he has to share his time between the Macksville, Port and Coffs stores...ohhhh and playing golf with his wife Rhonda...
Half of the stuff in the kitchen is broken (again), the waitresses have no idea and Chris (who is in charge of the roster) constantly short staffs the morning weekend shifts. And whole shifts call in 'sick' leaving less than a skeletal crew on said shift.
Joel was held up and got counselling, worker's comp, a week off etc. Phill got bashed up at work and was expected to work the next day. Go figure. Half the staff are pregnant again and the other half don't want to work.
Why yes, I've had my first day back at work since the beginning of Feb and nothing's changed in 8 months.
