(no subject)
Well had blood test today. And like usual I did not want to give said blood. 3 veins were tried in my arms before they decided on my hand. so now have sore left arm, alright right one and a left hand that is sore and has a twitching thumb...they didn't even fill half of the vials.
I feel sorry for the guy who tried to find the first two veins. He was obviously new and tried so hard to find a good one but when he did they gave nothing and he looked so embarrased as he went to get the most senior pathologist (who in turn couldn't get anything from my arms). *wants to huggle the guy who tried to get her blood to start with.*
As the woman who finally got blood from me said "It's a good thing you have a sense of humour about this." (I was making jokes and laughing through it all...
