Oh, man. I'm so tired I've got the second glove worked from the cuff up to just below the thumb slit. I am just sooo brain dead from work to feel comfortable counting rows.
We just got the W-2's done. The previous office manager (evidently I'm an office manager) did not use quickbooks to generate them, so we got to figure it out how to run them through the printer. And you know, it was terribbly easy once we figured out that we had to take out the left peforation and run each sheet separately.
Today, I feel like I don't have 2 brain cells to rub together and tomorrow I've got to run payroll, then go downtown to sign the NPP agreement, then in the evening I've got a neighborhood association meeting to attend. I can't wait till Thursday is over.
K was in a funk today, and did not feel like cooking. So I decided to make some meatloaf. I had K make it up and then we worked together on a glaze. About 2lbs of ground beef, half a diced onion, dash of worchestershire sauce, some salt, pepper and garlic powder. The for the glaze we took way too much brown sugar and added it to a half cup of ketchup. Added some extra molasses, and some extra worchestershire. We spread out the loaf into a square pyrex dish, but not all the way to the edge, just a half inch short on each side with a very flat top. We then spread the glaze across the top within a quarter inch of the edge so it would not flow over. Baked it about 45 minutes. Man it was awsome. We ate the whole damn thing. Just that. Forget the side items. It was frikkin awsome.
I feel a little better than I did earlier today, but I still need to get caught up on sleep.
work,
taxes,
cooking,
sleep deprivation
