Chattanooga Area: Good BBQ
My boss had a christmas party tonight for the staff, and he had "Hillbilly Willie's" out of Tiftonia, GA cater it.
I gotta say those were some mighty tasty fall off the bone BBQ ribs.
Beans and slaw were great too. All gluten free...yay!
This is the third christmas party I've been to with lots of food. Fourth if you count the NPP awards banquet..
I was up in Knoxville this past weekend for the household xmas party, Joel made the most awsome cauliflour au gratin dish. Roz made a pot roast and nearly everyone brought veggies, albiet some were buried under au gratin, or mashed potatoes. So I got off Gluten free for once which was a welcome change!
Needless to say, I'm stuffed and rapidly losing the battle of the bulge and it's been too darn cold and rainy to go outside to stretch my legs. Grrr.
